Ingredients
Serves: 36- 36 hard cooked eggs, peeled
- 3 cups red beet juice, from canned beets, with some beets included
- 4 cups apple cider vinegar
- 1 pound onions, chopped
- 1 tablespoon minced fresh garlic
- 1 teaspoon white pepper
- 2 cups white sugar
- 2 tablespoons dill
- 1 teaspoon dill seed (optional)
Preparation method
Prep: 3 days 1 hour1. Place peeled eggs into glass gallon jar.
2. Mix remaining ingredients, pour over eggs, and seal jar. Marinate under refrigeration for 3 days.Cook’s note:
You can keep the eggs until they reach the expiration date on the carton. Mark the expiration date on the jar.
