Peek a boo eggs recipe details
- Ingredients:
- 12 slices Canadian bacon (or ham)
- 12 slices Swiss cheese
- 12 eggs
- 1/2 pint cream
- Parmesan cheese
Line shallow pan with Canadian bacon, add layer of cheese. Break eggs over all. Drizzle cream over till the yolks peek through. Bake at 450 degrees for 10 minutes. Remove and sprinkle with grated Parmesan cheese. Return to oven and bake 8 to 10 minutes longer. Cut in squares and serve.
