Pecan waffles recipe details
- Ingredients:
- 3 eggs, separated
- 1-1/2 cups buttermilk
- 1 teaspoon baking powder
- 1/2 cup melted butter
- 1 teaspoon baking soda
- 1 teaspoon vanilla
- 1 cup sour cream
- 1/4 cup sugar
- 1/2 cup chopped pecans
- 1 cup flour
In medium bowl, beat the egg whites until stiff. Set aside. In a large bowl, beat remaining waffle ingredients together. Fold in the egg whites. Pour into a hot waffle iron that has been greased and bake.
