Pear fritters recipe details
Ingredients
130 ml | milk |
200 g | sour cream |
1 | egg |
150 g | flour |
10 g | brown sugar |
1 tsp | cinnamon |
35 ml | oil |
3 | pears, peeled, cored and sliced |
icing sugar, optional |
Instructions
Heat the oil in a pan over high heat until really hot.In the meantime whisk milk with sugar, cinnamon, sour cream and the beaten egg until well combined. Add flour a little at a time and keep stirring.
Turn the pear slices in the batter until well coated and transfer into the pan. Fry until golden on both sides.
Remove the fritters from the pan and drain. Serve immediately, dusted with icing sugar if desired.
