Peach ice cream recipe details
Ingredients
12 | peaches, skinned, stoned, sliced |
4 | peach kernels |
230 ml | water |
450 ml | condensed milk |
200 g | sugar |
Instructions
Combine the sugar, water and peach kernels in a pan and heat over medium heat. Stir until the sugar is dissolved. Bring to a boil and cook for three minutes.Blend peaches in a blender until smooth, 10 seconds. Add peach purée to strained syrup.
When cold, place the mixture into the freezer and freeze only until partly frozen. Then add the milk, and continue freezing.
