Peach cake recipe

- 3 eggs, well beaten
- 1-1/2 cups sugar (if using unsweetened peaches)
- 1/2 scant cup vegetable oil
- 2 cups all-purpose flour
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1 teaspoon baking soda
- 1 teaspoon cinnamon
- 2 cups fresh peaches, sliced
- 1 cup chopped nuts (pecans work well)
Preheat oven to 375 degrees. Mix all ingredients together with spoon. Pour batter into greased and floured 9 x 13-inch pan. Bake 30 to 35 minutes. May be served for breakfast or dessert with whipped cream.
