Ingredients
3 eggs, well beaten
1-1/2 cups sugar (if using unsweetened peaches)
1/2 scant cup vegetable oil
2 cups all-purpose flour
1 teaspoon salt
1 teaspoon baking soda
1 teaspoon cinnamon
2 cups fresh peaches, sliced
1 cup chopped nuts (pecans work well)
Instructions:

Preheat oven to 375 degrees. Mix all ingredients together with spoon. Pour batter into greased and floured 9 x 13-inch pan. Bake 30 to 35 minutes. May be served for breakfast or dessert with whipped cream.
