Ingredients
350 g | curly wide noodles, Lasagnette |
4 | Luganighe, Italian pork sausages |
2 clove(s) | garlic, chopped |
800 g | tomatoes, canned, diced, |
2 | mozzarella cheese |
100 g | Parmesan cheese, grated |
50 g | butter |
4 tbsp | flour |
600 ml | milk |
salt and freshly ground pepper, to taste | |
paprika | |
nutmeg | |
chilli powder, if you like |
Instructions
Cook and drain the pasta.Peel the sausages and chop the meat up. Fry in little oil, add spices and diced tomatoes. Cook for 30 minutes.
Mix the pasta with the sauce. In a pan melt the butter then add the flour. Mix immediately and add the milk. Season with salt, pepper and nutmeg. Cook for a short while mixing constantly until it thickens.
Now fill half the pasta in a gratin dish layer with slices of mozzarella and add the rest of the pasta. Poor the white sauce over it and sprinkle with Parmesan cheese. Bake at 220°C for 35-40 minutes.
