Ingredients

250 g	creamed spinach, frozen, thawed
2	onions, chopped
	salt and pepper
	nutmeg
1	chili pepper, seeded and sliced
400 g	turkey breast, cut into stripes
400 g	pasta of your choice
1 tbsp	olive oil
75 g	cream cheese
4 tbsp	milk
4 tbsp	freshly grated Parmesan cheese

Instructions

In a saucepan combine the spinach and the milk. Cook over low heat for 5 minutes. Stir in the cream cheese. Season to taste with salt, pepper and nutmeg.

Cook the pasta in salted water until al dente, then drain.

In a pan heat the oil and stir-fry the turkey stripes for 5 minutes. Season to taste with salt and pepper. Add the onions and the chili and cook for 3 more minutes.

In a large bowl, mix together the pasta and spinach and top with the turkey stripes. Serve sprinkled with Parmesan cheese.
