Ingredients
1 large | onion, chopped |
1 packet(s) | bacon, chopped |
1 small | tin tomato paste |
1 large | tin cream sweet corn |
1 large | tin creamed mushrooms |
sugar, to taste | |
olive oil for frying |
Instructions
Fry onion in a little bit of oil until soft. Add chopped bacon and fry until cooked. Add the tinned ingredients and warm through.The tomato paste will give a bit of a sour taste, add sugar to make it a little bit sweet again just take the sour taste away.
To serve, spoon sauce over cooked pasta and sprinkle grated Cheddar cheese on top.
