200 g | pasta |
1 kg | clams |
120 ml | white wine |
4 clove(s) | garlic, crushed |
Instructions
DIscard any clams that are already open.Combine clams, wine and garlic in a skillet with a tight lid. Cover, bring to a boil and steam until clams open. Discard clams that have not opened.
Meanwhile, cook the pasta; drain well and then toss with the clam sauce. Serve.
