Pasta with arrabbiata sauce recipe details
Ingredients
350 g | penne |
600 g | tomatoes, fresh, peeled, seeds removed, cut into cubes |
4 tbsp | extra virgin olive oil |
3 clove(s) | garlic, peeled, minced |
5 tbsp | Pecorino cheese, grated. |
1 piece(s) | red hot pepper, |
4 tbsp | parsley, chopped |

Instructions
Brown the minced garlic and the red hot pepper in 3 tablespoons of extra virgin olive oil. Add the tomatoes and cook for five minutes.Cook the penne in plenty of salted water, add 1 tablespoon of extra virgin olive oil. Drain penne when cooked al dente, and pour it in the sauce.
Sprinkle with grated Pecorino cheese and chopped parsley before serving.
Note: Pecorino cheese can be substituted with Parmesan cheese.
