Ingredients

300 g macaroni
salt and pepper
450 g spinach, frozen
200 g single cream
1 clove(s) garlic
freshly ground nutmeg
400 g tomatoes
250 g Feta cheese

Instructions

Cook the pasta in salted water until al dente.

In a saucepan, heat the frozen spinach with the single cream and cook over medium heat for 2 minutes. Press in the garlic. Season to taste with salt, pepper and nutmeg.

Preheat the broiler of the oven. Dice the tomatoes and crumble the feta cheese.

In a shallow casserole dish, layer the pasta, the spinach and the tomatoes in turn. Sprinkle with the cheese and cook under the broiler for 7 minutes or until golden brown.
