Ingredients
5 | Sweet Dough, see database |
40 g | lemon rind, chopped |
40 g | raisins, chopped |
2 tbsp | almonds, chopped |
2 tbsp | walnuts, chopped |
2 tbsp | pinon nuts, chopped |
2 tbsp | orange peel, chopped |
15 tsp | flour |
butter, melted |
Instructions
Prepare the recipe of Sweet Dough, using half of the amounts, and reserve.In a bowl combine fruit and nuts and then add flour and toss to coat.
Lightly flour a cloth and knead fruits and nuts into the Sweet Dough until evenly distributed.
Place dough in a greased springform pan. Cover with a cloth and let rise in a warm place until double in bulk.
Preheat oven to 180°C.
Brush top of dough with melted butter and bake in oven for 20-30 minutes, or until the bread is golden and sounds hollow when tapped on top with the fingers.
