Panch Phora Potatoes recipe

|18 small||potatoes, e. g. Kipfler|
|4 tbsp||vegetable oil|
|For the spice mix:|
|1 tbsp||fenugreek seeds|
|1 tbsp||nigella seeds|
|1 tbsp||fennel seeds|
|1 tbsp||cumin seeds|
|1 tbsp||brown mustard seeds|
Brush the potatoes under water and cook them in boiling water partially.
Dry and halve the potatoes lenghtwise.
Heat the oil in a big pan and fry the seeds for about 30 seconds.
Add and fry the potatoes until they are crispy brown and the seeds are stuck to them.
Peel big potatoes, boil partially and cut into cubes before frying.
