Pancake or waffle batter with condensed milk recipe details
Ingredients
200 g | flour |
2 tbsp | sugar |
1 tsp | salt |
4 tsp | baking powder |
3 medium | eggs, separated |
400 ml | condensed milk, diluted with 200 ml water |
Instructions
Mix together flour, salt, sugar and baking powder.Beat egg whites and set aside.
Beat egg yolks, then add condensed milk and beat until smooth.
Combine egg yolk mixture with the dry ingredients and beat until smooth. Fold in well beaten egg white.
Use batter for pancakes or waffles and cook/bake accordingly.
