Ingredients
1. Skim milk (1/2c)
2. yellow cornmeal (1/2c)
3. dried thyme (1tsp)
4. catfish fillets (1 ½ pounds)
5. cooking spray
6. ground black pepper (1/2tsp)
7. garlic powder (1/2tsp)
8. celery seed (1/2tsp)
9. salt (1tsp)
10. paprika (1tsp)
11. onion powder (1/2tsp)


Method of preparation
1. First heat the oven to 425 degrees F or 220 degrees C. Take a baking sheet, line it with foil and then use coking spray to coat it.

2. Take a dish, add thyme, cornmeal, celery seed, pepper, garlic powder, onion powder, salt and paprika in it. Mix all these ingredients well and keep the dish aside.

3. Now take fish fillets, first dip them in milk and then coat them with cornmeal mixture. Then place the coated fillets on the greased baking sheet. Coat the fish fillets with cooking spray.

4. Place the baking sheet in preheated oven and bake the fish fillets at 425 degrees F for about 15 minutes until the fish becomes soft and gets easily flake with fork. Now the fish is ready to serve.
