Ingredients

6 eggs

2/3 cup orange juice

1/3 cup milk

1/4 cup Grand Marnier orange liqueur

3 Tablespoons sugar

1/4 teaspoon salt

1/4 teaspoon vanilla

Zest of 1 orange

2 loaves Texas Toastor French bread

Whisk together first 8 ingredients. Dip slices of bread into mixture. Place slices on cookie sheets. Cover with plastic wrap and refrigerate overnight. In the morning, preheat griddle and sprinkle bread with cinnamon. Butter griddle and cook French toast until light brown. Sprinkle with powdered sugar and serve with maple syrup.
