Ingredients

2  oranges, juice and peel
2  lemons, juice
½ l brandy
4 tbsp honey
1  tea bag

Instructions

In a pot, mix the orange juice and lemon juice with the brandy. Add the orange peel and allow to infuse for 3-4 hours.

Take out the orange peel. Brew the tea with 1 litre of water. Add the tea and honey to the juice and brandy and heat, but don’t allow to boil.

Serve hot.
