- Ingredients
- 3/4 cup milk
- 3 eggs, beaten
- 1/2 cup orange juice
- 1/4 cup or Tablespoons sugar (optional)
- 1/2 cup quick-cook oatmeal
- 2 Tablespoons butter
- 1 teaspoon orange rind
- 1/8 teaspoon salt
- 2 Tablespoons Promisemargarine
- 9-inch baked pie shell (or can be baked in a quiche dish)
- Low cholesterol options
- 3/4 cup skim milk (in place of milk)
- Eggbeatersegg substitute or whites (in place of eggs)
Mix all ingredients together and pour into shell or dish. Bake at 350 degrees for 35 to 40 minutes or until set. Let stand a few minutes. Serve in wedges. Top with yogurt or cream.
