Orange oatmeal pie details
- Ingredients
- 3/4 cup milk
- 3 eggs, beaten
- 1/2 cup orange juice
- 1/4 cup or Tablespoons sugar (optional)
- 1/2 cup quick-cook oatmeal
- 2 Tablespoons butter
- 1 teaspoon orange rind
- 1/8 teaspoon salt
- 2 Tablespoons Promisemargarine
- 9-inch baked pie shell (or can be baked in a quiche dish)
- Low cholesterol options
- 3/4 cup skim milk (in place of milk)
- Eggbeatersegg substitute or whites (in place of eggs)
