Orange herb rice recipe details
Ingredients
200 g | cooked rice |
2 tbsp | butter |
2 tbsp | chopped onion |
500 ml | water |
5 tsp | grated orange rind |
120 ml | orange juice |
½ tsp | salt |
⅛ tsp | marjoram |
⅛ tsp | thyme |
Instructions
Sauté onion in butter until tender. Add water, marjoram, thyme and orange juice.Bring to a boil and then add rice. Reduce heat and bring to a simmer. Cook until water is absorbed and the rice is tender.
