Ingredients

4	bananas, peeled, cut into slices
1 tbsp	lemon juice
2 tbsp	butter
1 tbsp	brown sugar
3 tbsp	fresh orange juice
	grated peel of 1 orange

Instructions

Toss bananas with lemon juice.

Melt butter in a large skillet over medium heat. Stir in brown sugar and stir. When mixture starts to bubble, stir in bananas, orange juice and orange peel.

Cook bananas, stirring frequently, for about 2-3 minutes.
