Ingredients

180 g sugar
5 tbsp flour
120 ml orange juice
3 tbsp lemon juice
60 ml water
1 medium egg
2 tsp butter

Instructions

Combine juice, water, beaten egg, sugar, flour, and salt in top of double boiler mixing thoroughly. Cook for 10 minutes, stirring constantly. Add butter, stir to combine. Cool.

Makes enough filling to spread between two layers.
