|3 tbsp||lemon juice|
InstructionsCombine juice, water, beaten egg, sugar, flour, and salt in top of double boiler mixing thoroughly. Cook for 10 minutes, stirring constantly. Add butter, stir to combine. Cool.
Makes enough filling to spread between two layers.
