Ingredients
6 medium | eggs |
3 small | white onions, chopped |
180 ml | milk |
1 tbsp | flour |
1 tbsp | Parmesan cheese, grated |
1 tsp | butter |
olive oil | |
salt and pepper, to taste |
Instructions
Sauté onions in a skillet with a little oil until they soften without letting them brown. Remove from heat.In a bowl beat the eggs, stir in the milk, the flour, and the cheese. Add the onions, mix well, and season everything with salt and pepper.
Heat the butter in a skillet and then add in the egg mixture. Cook one side until browned, then flip the frittata and cook the other side.
Can be served hot or cold.
