Onion cream sauce recipe details
Ingredients
4 medium | onions, fineyl chopped |
300 ml | double cream |
2 tbsp | butter |
4 tbsp | flour |
water or dry white wine |
Instructions
Melt butter in saucepan and sauté the onions, covered, until soft, about 15 minutes. Add a bit of water or dry white wine so that they do not burn. Stir ococcasionally.In a bowl combine half of the cream and flour. Stir well and add pasteto onions, stir. Add remaining cream, stir constantly.
