|4 medium||onions, fineyl chopped|
|300 ml||double cream|
|water or dry white wine|
Melt butter in saucepan and sauté the onions, covered, until soft, about 15 minutes. Add a bit of water or dry white wine so that they do not burn. Stir ococcasionally.
In a bowl combine half of the cream and flour. Stir well and add pasteto onions, stir. Add remaining cream, stir constantly.
