Flat iron steak is marinated in Italian dressing kicked up with fresh garlic, rosemary, and parsley to make an easy, tasty grilled steak.

Ingredients
Serves: 4- 2 (1 pound) flat iron steaks
- 1 and 1/2 cup Italian dressing
- 1 tablespoons olive oil
- 1 tablespoon minced garlic
- 1 teaspoon chopped fresh parsley
- 1 teaspoon chopped fresh rosemary
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1 teaspoon white pepper
- 1/2 teaspoon dry mustard
Preparation method
Prep: 5 mins | Cook: 10 mins | Extra time: 2 hours, marinating1. Mix all ingredients thoroughly and marinate steak for two hours (longer will only be better).
2. Grill over hot coals 5 minutes per side. This steak is best medium rare. Cook longer if you prefer medium well.
