Oat Porridge with Eggs Honey and Raisins recipe

Ingredients
700 ml | water |
115 g | powdered milk |
120 g | rolled oats |
5 tsp | cinnamon |
80 g | raisins |
1 tsp | vanilla extract |
3 medium | eggs |
4 tsp | butter |
240 ml | milk |
3 tbsp | honey |
Instructions
Bring the water to a boil.
Combine the powdered milk, oats and cinnamon and stir into the boiling water. Bring to a boil again and then reduce heat. Cook for 5-10 minutes, or until the mixture is the desired thickness.
Remove from heat and mix in raisins and vanilla. Beat in the eggs one at a time while the porridge is hot, so that the porridge will cook the eggs completely.
To serve, top each serving bowl with a teaspoon of butter, 60 ml milk, and a drizzle of honey.
