Nougat ice cream recipe details
Ingredients
75 g | sugar |
3 | egg yolks |
160 g | nougat |
200 g | single cream |
Instructions
Melt the nougat.Whisk the egg yolks with the sugar in a bain-marie until creamy and pale yellow. Take your time to do that, at least 5 minutes, because the more creamy the mixture the more creamy your ice cream will be.
Mix in the still warm nougat and allow the mixture to cool.
Whisk the single cream until stiff. When the nougat mixture is cold completely, fold in the whipped cream.
Freeze overnight and serve the other day.
