North Sea Shrimp and Salmon Tartar recipe

Ingredients
1 | avocado, peeled and diced |
3 tbsp | lime juice |
salt and freshly ground black pepper | |
125 g | North sea shrimp, cooked and diced, cooled |
150 g | salmon fillet, diced, cooled |
3 tbsp | olive oil |
75 g | crème fraîche |
4 tsp | salmon caviar |
Instructions
Drizzle the avocado with the lime juice and toss gently. Set aside half of the avocados. In a bowl, combine the other half of the avocados with salmon, shrimp and the oil and mix gently. Season to taste with salt and pepper.
Arrange the tartar on individual plates. Garnish each with a dollop of crème fraîche, the reserved avocado pieces and a teaspoon of salmon caviar.
Serve immediately with crusty white bread.
