Noodles soup details
Ingredients
- Chicken stock (yakhni)– 6 cups
- Carrot – 1 (finely cut)
- Cabbage(bund gobhi) – ¼ (finely cut)
- Mushrooms – 4
- Capsicum (shimla mirch)– 1 (finely cut)
- Black Pepper powder – 1tsp
- Brown Sugar – 1tbsp
- Soya Sauce – 1tbsp
- Spring Onion (hari piyaz) – 1 stalk (chopped)
- Fresh Corriander (hara dhania) – 2 tbsp (chopped)
- Ginger – 1 (grated)
- Salt – to taste
- Oil – 1tbsp
Instructions
- Soak mushrooms in boiling water. Remove and cut finely. Set water aside.
- Boil noodles with salt and oil
- Put stock, soya sauce, brown sugar, black pepper, little salt and 2 tbsp mushroom water(after straining it) in a pot
- After cooking for few minutes, add carrot, cabbage, capsicum,ginger and noodles
- Cook for a while more and remove from flame
- Add coriander and spring onion and serve hot.
