Noodle salad recipe details
Ingredients
4 tbsp | mayonnaise |
4 tbsp | Thousand Island dressing |
4 tbsp | broth from pickled hot pepper rings |
1 tbsp | sugar |
2 tbsp | whipping cream |
50 g | pickled hot pepper rings, finely chopped |
3 medium | egg(s), cooked, sliced |
300 g | chesse, cubed into small pieces |
200 g | noodles |
2 tbsp | fresh or dried chives |
Instructions
First cook noodles and eggs. Leave to cool.Then mix mayonnaise, Thousand Island dressing, hot pepper broth, sugar and whipping cream in a large bowl.
Add the chopped pepper rings, eggs and cheese cubes and chives. Mix in the noodles and stir well.
