I’m tired of store-bought non-fat salad dressing. What the heck is guar gum?! This recipe uses refrigerator and pantry ingredients for a good, clean dressing that is non-fat but packed with flavor. Especially great for seafood salads.

Ingredients
Serves: 6- 1/2 cup non-fat yogurt
- 1/4 cup non-fat cottage cheese
- 1 garlic clove, very finely minced or run through a garlic press
- 1/8 teaspoons garlic powder
- 2 teaspoons vinegar
- 2 teaspoons lemon juice
- 1/2 teaspoons dry dill weed
- 1 tablespoon fresh parsley, finely minced
- Salt
- Pepper
Preparation method
Prep: 10 mins1. Mix everything together in a mixing bowl. Taste and adjust seasonings. If too tart, crush a Nutrasweet(R) tablet and add half. Mix and taste again.
