No bake double chocolate cheesecake recipe details
Ingredients
For the Base: | |
175 g | digestive biscuits, crushed |
50 g | unsalted butter, melted |
For the Filling: | |
300 g | cream cheese |
200 g | mascarpone |
300 g | milk chocolate, melted |
100 g | dark chocolate, melted |
Instructions
Mix the base ingredients together and press into the bottom of an 8-inch, 20cm springform cake tin.Mix the cheeses together in a bowl and whisk until smooth. Fold in the milk chocolate and then stir in the dark chocolate so that streaks are visible.
Spoon into the tin, level the top and chill for at least 2 hours until set, preferably overnight.
