Ingredients
6 large onions, finely chopped |
3 tbsp tomato paste |
60 ml water |
freshly ground pepper |
Instructions
Sautee onions in large saucepan with water. Make sure not to brown onions.
Add tomato paste and freshly ground pepper. Stir, cook only until tender. Do not over cook.
Boil hot dog sausage, place in a bun and then add brown mustard and onion sauce.
