Nectarine mustard recipe details
Ingredients
300 g | nectarines, diced, peeled, quartered |
240 ml | mustard |
4 ½ tbsp | grated orange zest |
350 ml | cider vinegar |
1 tbsp | salt |
juice of 1/2 lemon |
Instructions
In a pan, fry nectarines, 3-4 minutes over medium heat, stirring constantly. Reduce heat and simmer for about five minutes.Add remaining ingredients, except lemon juice, and cook over low heat until thickened, about 1 1/2 hours. Stir occasionally.
Remove from heat and stir in lemon juice. Let cool and put into sterlized jars.
Covered tightly and refrigerated, Nectarine Mustard should keep for about three months.
