Nectarine chutney recipe details
Ingredients
450 g | nectarines, pitted, peeled, cut into thin slices |
juice of 1/2 lemon | |
1 clove(s) | garlic, minced |
70 g | brown sugar |
60 ml | cider vinegar |
½ tsp | curry powder |
180 ml | cream of coconut |
30 g | coconut, chredded |
Instructions
Combine lemon, garlic, nectarines, brown sugar, vinegar and curry powder in a saucepan and mix well. Bring to a boil whilst stirring occasionally. Cool.Add flaked coconut and cream of coconut; mix well. Cover and refrigerate overnight.
