Mustard and Vinegar Sauce recipe

|300 ml||beef broth|
|1 tbsp||white wine vinegar|
|1 tbsp||prepared mustard|
|1 tbsp||fresh parsley, chopped|
Melt the butter in a saucepan over a low heat. Add the flour and cook for 2-3 minutes, stirring.
Add the stock, stirring constantly to avoid lumps.
When smooth and creamy, add the vinegar, mustard and port. Continue cooking, stirring occasionally, until the desired consistency is reached.
Stir in the parsley and serve with lamb or beef.
