Ingredients
450 g | mushrooms |
30 g | butter |
1 tbsp | flour |
150 ml | milk |
2 tsp | mustard |
2 tsp | dried tarragon |
3 tbsp | sour cream |
chicory and lettuce, to serve |
Instructions
Melt the butter in a medium saucepan and sauté mushrooms for 2 minutes.Stir in the flour and milk. Cook, stirring continuously until the sauce thickens and is smooth. Simmer for 2 minutes. Stir in the mustard, tarragon and soured cream.
Arrange chicory and lettuce leaves on a plate and spoon mushrooms over, garnished with fresh tarragon, if desired.
