Ingredients
120 g | mushrooms, chopped |
1 clove(s) | garlic, minced |
2 tbsp | butter, melted |
1 small | onion, chopped |
¼ tsp | dried tarragon |
1 tbsp | lemon juice |
2 tsp | soy sauce |
2 tbsp | cream cheese |
salt and pepper, to taste |
Instructions
Combine melted butter, onion, arlic and mushrooms in a saucepan and sauté until tender but not browned. Add the tarragon and stir.Remove from heat and process the mixture in a blender until smooth.
Add cream cheese, lemon juice, soy sauce and salt and pepper. Process again until smooth.
Spoon the pâté into a serving dish.
