Mushroom balls recipe details
Ingredients
16 large | mushrooms |
2 small | onions |
6 slice(s) | bread |
3 medium | eggs |
cumin | |
oregano | |
salt and pepper, to taste | |
flour for coating | |
oil for frying |
Instructions
Wash the mushrooms and cut them into small pieces. Season with salt and let them dry.Soak the bread in water. Chop the onions and mix them with the mushrooms, the bread, the eggs, salt and pepper, cumin and the oregano. Stir well.
Shape the mixture into small balls, coat them with flour and fry them in olive oil.
