Mushroom and paprika sauce recipe details
Ingredients
250 g | mushrooms, sliced |
2 tbsp | butter |
3 tbsp | chopped shallots |
1 tsp | paprika |
2 tbsp | cornstarch |
60 ml | sherry |
240 ml | milk |
120 ml | double cream |
Instructions
Heat butter in a frying pan and sauté shallots, paprika and mushrooms until tender. Sprinkle in cornstarch and stir. Add sherry, milk and cream and stir to combine. Continue cooking over low heat until well combined and thickened.Preparation time:
