Munchy oat breakfast snack recipe details
Ingredients
50 g | oats |
40 g | almonds |
80 g | sunflower seeds |
40 g | coconut, shredded |
40 ml | honey |
100 ml | oil |
Instructions
In a bowl mix together almonds, oats, sunflower seed and coconut.In another bowl mix the honey together with the oil and then pour onto oat mixture and stir until well combined.
Spread onto a greased baking pan and cook on low heat (150°C) for about 20 to 30 minutes.
