Ingredients
Serves: 50- 1/3 cup Spanish Green Olive with pimientos–finely chopped
- 1/3 cup Black Olives–finely chopped
- 1/2 teaspoon Oregano
- Extra Virgin Olive oil
- 2 (8 oz) pack Cream Cheese
- Pinch of Oregano and garlic powder
- 1 pack (10 inch) Flour Torillas
- 1/4LB Thin slice salami
- 1/4LB Thin slice ham
- 1/4LB Thin slice mozzarella cheese
- 1/4LB Thin slice provolone cheese
Preparation method
Prep: 45 mins | Extra time: 2 hours, chilling1. Drain olives until almost completely dry.
2. Chop olives(Green and Black), place in a mixing bowl and add Oregano and mix. As you mix slowly add a small amount of EVO. Set aside
3. Allow cream cheese to soften for about a half hour. Place in another mixing bowl with Oregano and garlic using a hand blender mix until creamy.
4. Layout tortilla and spread on cream cheese mixure covering to the edges. Sprinkle on olive mixer ensure even coverage.
5. Starting at the top and about 1/8 inch down start lay down the meat and cheese in a single stair step method.
6. When you start to roll them up best to use either wax paper or butcher paper. Place paper under tortilla and roll from the bottom up. Once rolled wrap in foil and chill for at least two hours.
7. Remove from foil and paper. Cut on a 45 degree angle about 1 inch thick.
