Ingredients
250 g | mozzarella, diced |
1 tbsp | balsamic syrup or vinegar |
1 | lemon, zest and juice |
4 tbsp | olive oil |
1 bunch(es) | parsley, chopped |
salt and pepper |
Instructions
In a bowl, mix together the balsamic cream, oil and some lemon zest, 1 tablespoon of lemon juice and parsley. Season with salt and pepper.
Add the mozzarella, cover and allow to steep for 4 hours before serving.
