Ingredients
3 medium | eggs, whites only |
200 g | chocolate |
Instructions
Beat the egg white very stiff.Melt the chocolate and let it cool a little.
Add the chocolate to the stiff egg white and stirr it in.
Fill the mousse in small bowls and let it cool for one hour.
