Ingredients

1 slice(s) toast, toasted, cut into small pieces
70 ml cold water
3 tbsp white wine vinegar
3 clove(s) garlic, minced
4  chilies, fresh
1 tsp cumin
½ tsp salt
1 tsp noble sweet paprika powder, smoked
1 tsp hot paprika powder
70 ml olive oil

Instructions

Put all ingredients in a blender and blend until a smooth paste is formed.

Serve this dip with oven potatoes, or with roasted or grilled meat, or with eggs or vegetables.
