Ingredients
1 slice(s) | toast, toasted, cut into small pieces |
70 ml | cold water |
3 tbsp | white wine vinegar |
3 clove(s) | garlic, minced |
4 | chilies, fresh |
1 tsp | cumin |
½ tsp | salt |
1 tsp | noble sweet paprika powder, smoked |
1 tsp | hot paprika powder |
70 ml | olive oil |
Instructions
Put all ingredients in a blender and blend until a smooth paste is formed.Serve this dip with oven potatoes, or with roasted or grilled meat, or with eggs or vegetables.
