Moist cranberry apple cookies recipe details
- Ingredients:
- 1/2 cup butter or margarine
- 2 cup packed light brown sugar
- 3/4 cup sugar
- 1 egg
- 1/2 cup milk
- 2 cups flour
- 1 teaspoon baking powder
- 1 teaspoon cinnamon
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1 teaspoon grated orange rind
- 1-1/2 cups chopped, pared apples
- 1 cup cranberries, chopped
Cream butter and sugar; beat in egg and milk. Sift together flour, baking powder, cinnamon, and salt and stir into butter mixture until well blended. Stir in orange rind, apples, and cranberries. Drop by teaspoonfuls onto greased cookie sheets. Bake in a 375-degree oven for 12 to 15 minutes.
