Ingredients
200 g | dark chocolate |
100 g | mocha chocolate |
60 g | butter |
200 ml | whipping cream |
2 tbsp | instant coffee |
whipped cream for decoration | |
chocolate coffee beans or chocolate flakes for decoration |
Instructions
Melt chocolate and butter in a bain-marie. Heat the whipping cream with the instant coffee up, then add slowly to the melted chocolate.Fill into small espresso cups or dishes and let cool for 1 hour. Serve with a blob of whipped cream or decorate with chocolate flakes or chocolate coffee beans.
