Ingredients

140 g	semisweet chocolate, chopped
30 g	unsweetened chocolate, chopped
180 ml	whipping cream
50 g	unsalted butter
1 tbsp	instant espresso powder
100 g	sugar
3 tbsp	Kahlua

Instructions

Combine chocolates, butter and cream in a saucepan and brint to a boil over low heat. Add coffee powder and sugar and cook, stirring, until coffee and sugar are dissolved. Remove from heat and stir in kahlua. Serve warm.
