Mocha fudge sauce recipe details
Ingredients
140 g | semisweet chocolate, chopped |
30 g | unsweetened chocolate, chopped |
180 ml | whipping cream |
50 g | unsalted butter |
1 tbsp | instant espresso powder |
100 g | sugar |
3 tbsp | Kahlua |
Instructions
Combine chocolates, butter and cream in a saucepan and brint to a boil over low heat. Add coffee powder and sugar and cook, stirring, until coffee and sugar are dissolved. Remove from heat and stir in kahlua. Serve warm.Preparation time:
