Ingredients
125 g | butter |
2 tsp | onions chopped |
¼ cup(s) | freshly chopped herbs, rosemary, thyme, marjoran, oregano |
2 tsp | lemon juice |
Instructions
Stir the butter quickly with a wooden spoon to soften it. Season with flavouring and mix thoroughly.Shape the butter on a piece of foil into a roll, wrap it and freeze it. Use within 2 weeks.
